FAQs

What are the exact internal dimensions for microwave placement?

Internal dimensions vary slightly due to the quick-build system and hinge placement. Please refer to the product's technical drawing or contact customer support for precise measurements.

Are the hinges reversible for left or right-hand door opening?

Yes, the unit is designed to allow doors to be hinged on either the left or right side to suit your kitchen layout.

What type of wall fixings should I use?

Wall fixings are not included as they depend on your wall type (e.g., plasterboard, brick). We recommend using fixings appropriate for your wall's material and load-bearing capacity.

Does this unit come assembled?

No, this is a flatpack unit designed for self-assembly using a quick-build system.

Can I paint or repaint this unit?

While possible, repainting a matt finish can be challenging and may affect the warranty. It's best to maintain the original Matt Alby Blue finish.

Are door handles included with the unit?

No, door handles, panels, and other accessories are sold separately.

What is the warranty period for this product?

Please refer to the product packaging or the retailer's website for specific warranty information, as it can vary.

Troubleshooting

Cabinet door not closing properly

Adjust the soft-close hinges or check for obstructions. Ensure the cabinet is level.

Unit feels unstable after installation

Ensure all cam locks are fully tightened and that the unit is securely fixed to the wall. Check that adjustable legs are properly set.

Assembly parts missing

Contact the retailer or manufacturer's customer service with your product details and the missing part number.

Surface scratches or marks

Light scratches may be buffed out with a soft cloth. For deeper damage, consult the manufacturer for repair options or consider touch-up paint if available.
