Troubleshooting
Splash pad not inflating properly
Ensure the garden hose is securely attached and the water is turned on. Check for any visible leaks or damage to the material.
Water sprinklers not working or weak spray
Verify the water pressure from your garden hose. Ensure the hose connector is firmly seated and there are no kinks in the hose. Check the sprinkler nozzles for any blockages.
Water leaking from the seams
Inspect the seams for any small holes or tears. For minor leaks, use the included repair patch according to its instructions. For larger leaks, contact customer support.
