Perry Hooks on Plates - 16mm - Galvanised

These hooks are designed for securely hanging field gates and other heavy-duty outdoor gates, offering easy removal for maintenance.

Galvanised means the metal has been coated with zinc, which provides excellent protection against rust and corrosion, extending the product's lifespan in outdoor conditions.

They are best suited for gates with band sizes ranging from 450mm to 600mm and for heavy-duty applications. They may not be ideal for very light or non-standard gate designs.

They are supplied as a pair, providing a complete solution for hanging one gate.

The pin diameter is 16mm (5/8") and the width is 50mm.

The galvanised finish requires minimal maintenance. You can wipe them clean with a damp cloth if necessary, but avoid abrasive cleaners.

The hooks are manufactured from robust 4.5mm gauge material.

Ensure both hooks on plates are mounted level and at the correct height. Adjust the position of the hook on the post or gate as needed.

Check for obstructions or debris around the hooks. Ensure the gate bands are correctly seated within the hooks. Verify compatibility with the 450mm-600mm band range.

While galvanised, prolonged extreme exposure can eventually affect the finish. Minor surface rust can often be cleaned. For significant corrosion, consider replacement to maintain gate security.
