Troubleshooting

Documents won't easily slide into pockets

Ensure the document is A4 size and is not creased or folded. Insert gently from the top opening. If the pocket feels stiff, check for any obstructions.

Pockets feel sticky or have marks

Wipe the pocket surface with a clean, slightly damp cloth. Allow it to air dry completely before reinserting documents. Avoid touching the inside of the pockets with oily fingers.

Cover is bent or damaged

Handle the display book with care to avoid creasing the cover. If minor bends occur, try gently flattening it under a heavy, flat object for a short period. For significant damage, replacement may be necessary.
