Troubleshooting

Mop head not attracting dust effectively

Ensure the mop head is clean and dry. If used wet recently, allow it to dry completely. For optimal dust collection, ensure the chenille fibers are not matted.

Handle is loose or won't stay at adjusted height

Ensure the telescopic handle sections are properly aligned and twisted firmly to lock them into place. If the mechanism is stiff, check for any debris that might be obstructing it.

Mop head does not attach securely

Verify that the mop head is aligned correctly with the base and pushed firmly until it clicks or secures into place. Check for any damage to the attachment points on both the head and the base.

Water is not being absorbed effectively

Confirm the mop head is not oversaturated. Ensure the chenille fibers are intact and not worn down. If the head is old, consider replacing it for better absorbency.
