The Seconique Neptune Triple Sleeper is designed for families, guest rooms, or shared living spaces where floor space is at a premium. By stacking a single bunk over a spacious double bed, it provides a versatile sleeping arrangement without sacrificing aesthetic appeal. While it offers excellent space-saving utility, potential buyers should note that the assembly process is substantial and requires adequate space and tools for a secure setup.

No, the Seconique Neptune Triple Sleeper does not include mattresses; you will need to purchase one single and one double mattress separately.
The top bunk is designed for children; please refer to the specific safety documentation included with your unit for precise weight limits.
The ladder is designed for a specific fixed configuration; please refer to the assembly manual to ensure correct placement during construction.
Yes, the white lacquer finish is smooth and can be easily wiped down with a damp cloth.
Due to the size and weight of the components, it is recommended that two adults perform the assembly.
Ensure all bolts are fully tightened and the bed is positioned on a level floor surface.
Inspect the ladder attachment points and ensure the fixing bolts are secured tightly to the frame.
Use a soft cloth dampened with mild soapy water; do not use abrasive sponges or heavy solvents.
Assembly requires a clear, flat space and standard household tools. Because of the size of the components, it is strongly advised to have at least two adults assist with the lifting of the top bunk frame. The product is compatible with standard UK single mattresses for the top bunk and standard UK double mattresses for the lower bunk. For ongoing care, periodically check that all screws and bolts remain tight, as normal wear and tear can cause loosening over time. Wipe the white lacquer frame with a damp, soft cloth to remove dust; avoid harsh chemical cleaners which could damage the finish.
