Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup
- Lay out the tent footprint (if using) and the tent body.
- Assemble the Superflex Alloy Poles.
- Insert the poles into the pole sleeves or clips on the tent body.
- Raise the tent by securing the poles.
- Stake out the tent using the alloy 'V' angle pegs, ensuring the corners are taut.
- Drape the flysheet over the tent body and secure it using the clips or buckles.
- Stake out the guylines for added stability.
Compatibility
The tent is designed for solo use. Ensure you have a compatible sleeping bag, sleeping pad, and other essential camping gear. Consider a footprint to protect the groundsheet from abrasion. The porch area provides storage space for a backpack and other items, but additional storage solutions might be needed for extended trips.
Care
- After each use, clean the tent with a damp cloth to remove dirt and debris.
- Allow the tent to air dry completely before packing to prevent mildew.
- Store the tent in a dry, well-ventilated area.
- Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, which can damage the fabric.
- Repair any tears or damage promptly to maintain the tent's waterproofness.
- Clean the tent by hand with a mild, non-detergent soap.
