Draper TCT Router Bit - 1/4" Flush, 12.7 x 25mm

Reduce the router's feed rate (move slower). Decrease the depth of cut per pass. Ensure the bit is clean and not dull, as this causes friction. Use a router speed setting appropriate for the material and bit size.
