Troubleshooting
Low water pressure
Check that the aerator is clean and free of debris. Ensure water supply valves are fully open. Verify that connection hoses are not kinked.
Faucet leaks from the spout base
Tighten the mounting hardware securing the faucet to the sink/countertop. If the leak persists, the ceramic head may need replacement (consult manufacturer instructions).
Difficulty switching between stream modes
Gently operate the switch. If it feels stiff, a small amount of lubricant (safe for potable water systems) might help, or inspect for internal obstructions.
Brushed gold finish shows discoloration
Ensure you are not using harsh cleaning chemicals. Wipe down with a soft cloth and mild soap. If discoloration persists, it may indicate wear on the PVD coating in specific high-contact areas.
