Troubleshooting

Printer not turning on.

Check the power cord connection and ensure it is securely plugged into both the printer and the wall outlet. Try a different power outlet.

Printer is offline.

Verify the Wi-Fi connection or Ethernet cable connection. Restart the printer and your router. Ensure the printer is selected as the default printer in your computer's settings.

Print quality is poor.

Run the print head cleaning utility from the printer's control panel. Ensure you are using genuine HP ink cartridges and that they are not expired or low on ink. Align the print heads.

Paper jams.

Carefully remove any jammed paper from the paper tray and the printer's interior. Refer to the printer's manual for specific instructions on clearing paper jams. Ensure the paper is loaded correctly and that the paper type settings match the paper being used.
