Gravity Inversion Table - HOMCOM

The HOMCOM Gravity Inversion Table helps decompress the spine, relieve back pain, improve posture, enhance blood circulation, and reduce muscle tension and stress.

It is strongly advised to consult your doctor before using the inversion table if you have any pre-existing health conditions, especially high blood pressure, detached retinas, or if you are pregnant.

The inversion angle is adjusted manually by leaning back and using the tightening knob to secure your desired angle between 0 and 90 degrees. Start with small angles and increase gradually.

The table accommodates users between 131 cm (4'3") and 190 cm (6'2") in height, with a maximum weight capacity of 150 kg (330 lbs).

Assembly is required. While detailed instructions are provided, it's often easier and safer with two people. The time taken can vary, but typically ranges from 30 minutes to an hour.

Clean the frame and padded surfaces with a damp cloth and mild soap. When not in use, you can fold the table for compact storage in a dry, safe place.

Ensure the inversion table is placed on a flat, level surface. Verify that all assembly bolts and screws are securely tightened. Check the reverse V-shape base for proper positioning and ensure the floor is not slippery.

This often indicates incorrect height adjustment. Re-adjust the height setting according to your body height. The table should balance naturally when you lean back slightly. Also, ensure your feet are properly secured in the ankle holders.

Ensure the ankle pads are snug but not too tight. For back discomfort, check that the padded board is positioned correctly. Start with shorter inversion times and smaller angles, gradually increasing as your body adapts. If discomfort persists, consult a healthcare professional.
