Each candle requires 2 x AA batteries. These are not included with the product and must be purchased separately.

The product information does not specify if the remote control battery is included. It is recommended to have a spare battery on hand.

The timer function is activated using the included remote control. Typically, there will be a button on the remote to set the 6-hour timer.

Check the battery in the remote control and replace if necessary. Ensure you are within range of the candles and that there are no obstructions.

Replace the batteries in the affected candle(s) with new ones. Low battery power can cause dimming or inconsistent flickering.

Immediately remove the candles from direct sunlight or any heat source. This is a common issue with real wax candles. Allow them to cool and solidify in a room-temperature environment. Relocate them to a cooler spot, away from heat and light.
