Setup:
- Connect the included USB4 Type-C to Type-C cable from the docking station's host port to your laptop's compatible USB-C port.
- Connect your displays to the HDMI and/or DisplayPort outputs.
- Connect your peripherals (keyboard, mouse, external drives) to the available USB Type-A and Type-C ports.
- Connect a Gigabit Ethernet cable to the RJ45 port for wired networking.
- If you intend to charge your laptop via Power Delivery, connect a compatible USB-C power adapter (sold separately or use your laptop's original adapter) to the docking station's USB-C PD input, and then connect the adapter's power cable to an electrical outlet.
- Plug headphones or a microphone into the 3.5mm combo audio jack if needed.
Compatibility:
This docking station is compatible with computers featuring a USB Type-C port that supports:
- USB4
- USB 3.2 with DisplayPort 1.4 Alternate Mode
- Thunderbolt 3 or Thunderbolt 4
*Note: For dual display functionality (MST), the host operating system must support MST. macOS does not support MST, limiting dual display output to extended desktop mode (one display). Ensure you use the provided USB4 cable for optimal performance and to avoid compatibility issues.
Care:
- Keep the docking station in a well-ventilated area to prevent overheating.
- Avoid exposing it to extreme temperatures or humidity.
- Clean the exterior with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use liquids or abrasive cleaners.
- Ensure all cables are securely connected but not strained.
