The AOSU Video Doorbell Wireless is ideal for homeowners seeking a high-definition, wire-free security solution that prioritizes accurate motion detection. With its 5MP UHD camera and intelligent sensor system, it provides crystal-clear monitoring of entryways while drastically reducing false alarms from pets or swaying branches, though users should note that it relies on the included HomeBase for local storage rather than cloud-only options.

No, this system includes 8GB of local storage on the aosuBase, allowing you to save and view recordings without a monthly cloud fee.
Yes, you can share access with family members through the AOSU app by inviting their accounts to view the device.
The AOSU video doorbell is built to withstand outdoor elements, making it suitable for rain and normal weather conditions.
The unit must be detached from the mounting bracket and charged using the provided USB cable.
The device is compatible with standard smart home ecosystems; check the app settings for specific integration steps with Alexa or Google Home.
Ensure your phone is connected to the same 2.4GHz or 5GHz network during setup and check that the aosuBase is plugged in and showing a solid status light.
Adjust the motion detection sensitivity settings within the app and ensure the AI 'Human Detection' feature is enabled.
Reduce the frequency of 'active' monitoring, shorten the recording duration, or decrease motion detection sensitivity in high-traffic zones.
To set up your device, download the official app and sync the doorbell with your aosuBase Mini before mounting it to your door frame. The wireless design allows for flexible placement, but ensure the device remains within range of the base station for consistent performance. To maintain the camera, wipe the lens periodically with a dry, microfiber cloth to remove dust or water spots. If you live in an area with extreme temperatures, note that extreme cold may temporarily impact battery life, so you may need to recharge the unit more frequently during the winter months.
