Sorona® is a high-performance synthetic insulation made from renewable plant-based ingredients. It provides excellent warmth, breathability, and compressibility, similar to natural down but with added durability and moisture resistance.

Machine wash on a short cycle (max 30 mins) with all zips closed, using a mild detergent and avoiding fabric softener or optical brighteners. A specialized anti-staining wipe is recommended. Do not leave wet or folded. Tumble dry with tennis balls or iron to reactivate water repellency.

Bi-stretch fabric means the material can stretch in two directions (lengthwise and widthwise). This provides excellent freedom of movement, crucial for athletic activities like skiing.

The jacket is designed for cold weather with Sorona® insulation and a water-repellent membrane. For extremely low temperatures, layering with additional thermal base and mid-layers is recommended for optimal warmth.

It is best to wash the jacket separately or with similar technical garments. Avoid washing with abrasive materials or items that could shed lint, and always close all zips to prevent snagging.

After washing and drying, you can reactivate the water repellency by either tumble-drying the garment with 3 tennis balls or by ironing the outside of the product at a maximum of 110°C without steam, protecting it with a cloth.

The non-slip elastic band ensures that the snow guard stays securely in place and forms a tight seal around the waist, preventing snow from entering the jacket during active movements or falls.

To reactivate water repellency, tumble dry the garment with 3 tennis balls, or iron the outside at 110°C maximum without steam, protecting it with a cloth. Ensure the garment is clean before attempting this.

Ensure the zipper is clean and free of debris. You can try gently rubbing a wax-based product (like a candle or lip balm) along the teeth of the zipper for smoother operation. Ensure zips are closed fully before washing.

Check that the attached snow guard is properly fastened and the non-slip elastic band is in place. Ensure all zips are fully closed. The water-repellent treatment might need reapplication if it persists.
