The product includes a USB Type-C cable, but a standard wall power adapter is typically not included.
The frame includes a rear stand for desk or shelf placement; mounting it on a wall would require aftermarket hardware.
The highest intensity setting is designed to provide clear, visible illumination of the background art, suitable for accent lighting.
The LED components are integrated into the frame design and are not intended to be user-replaceable.
Yes, this is an officially licensed Attack on Titan product manufactured by Grupo Erik.
Verify that the USB-C cable is fully inserted into both the frame and the power source, and ensure the power source is active.
Ensure the power source provides a stable 5V output; try using a different USB port or wall adapter.
Check the integrated control switch for any obstruction and ensure you are pressing the buttons firmly.
Setup is straightforward: simply connect the included USB Type-C cable to the back of the frame and plug the other end into a 5V USB power source, such as a computer port, monitor hub, or wall charger. The rear stand should be unfolded gently until it locks into a stable position. For care, avoid using harsh chemical cleaners on the print surface, as this may damage the graphic. Instead, use a soft, dry microfiber cloth to dust the frame and the front cover. Ensure the USB port remains free of debris to prevent connectivity issues.
