Troubleshooting
Base appears wobbly after assembly
Ensure all screws and fixings are securely tightened. Check that the gliders are properly attached and level on all corners.
Drawers do not slide smoothly
Verify that the drawers are correctly assembled and aligned. Ensure there are no obstructions in the drawer runners. Check the floor surface for unevenness.
Fabric appears creased or marked
Gently brush the fabric with a soft upholstery brush or use a vacuum cleaner. For persistent creases, a steam cleaner on a low setting (held at a distance) may help, but test on an unseen area first.
Headboard (purchased separately) does not fit
Confirm that the headboard purchased is compatible with a standard King size divan base. Check the pre-drilled holes on the divan base and the headboard for alignment.
