FAQs
Is this cushion completely waterproof?
The cushion is water-resistant, meaning it can repel water from light rain and spills. However, it is not fully waterproof and should be protected from prolonged heavy downpours.
Can I machine wash this cushion?
No, this cushion is not machine washable. Cleaning should be done by wiping with a damp cloth.
What are the dimensions of the cushion?
Specific dimensions vary by product line, please refer to the product packaging or retailer's website for exact measurements.
How do I maintain the cushion's colour in the sun?
While designed for outdoor use, prolonged direct sunlight can fade colours over time. Rotating the cushion and storing it away from direct sun when not in use can help preserve its vibrancy.
What kind of filling is used?
The cushion is filled with fibre filling for comfort and support.
Can these cushions be used indoors?
Yes, they can be used indoors as well, especially if you appreciate their design and comfort.
Troubleshooting
Cushion is wet after rain
Wipe away excess water with a dry cloth and allow the cushion to air dry completely in a well-ventilated area. Do not place in a tumble dryer.
Minor stains not easily removed
Try gently dabbing the stain with a mild soap and water solution using a damp cloth. Rinse with a clean damp cloth and allow to air dry.
Filling feels less firm over time
Plump the cushion regularly to help redistribute the fibre filling and restore its loft. Avoid prolonged, heavy compression.
