Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: The watch arrives ready to wear. Initial setup primarily involves setting the correct time and date. To set the time, pull the crown out to the furthest position and rotate it. To set the date (if applicable to the specific chronograph sub-dial configuration, otherwise it's standard date setting), you might need to pull the crown to a middle position and rotate. Consult the specific manual for detailed chronograph setting procedures.
Compatibility: As a standalone timepiece, compatibility is not a major concern. However, ensure any accessory straps or replacements are compatible with a 39mm watch case and standard lug widths if you choose to customize.
Care: To maintain the appearance and function of your Dextera Chrono Watch:
- Cleaning: Gently wipe the case, bracelet, and crystal with a soft, dry or slightly damp microfiber cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Water Resistance: While water-resistant to 50m, avoid prolonged submersion or exposure to high-pressure water (e.g., from a shower or while swimming). Ensure the crown is pushed in completely before exposure to moisture.
- Storage: Store the watch in its original box or a soft pouch when not in use to prevent scratches and dust accumulation.
- Battery: The quartz movement requires a battery. It is recommended to have the battery replaced by a professional watchmaker to avoid damaging the internal mechanism.
