The DrayTek VigorSwitch G2100 is a high-performance Layer 2+ Managed Ethernet switch designed for business networks. It features 8 RJ-45 Gigabit LAN ports and 2 SFP uplink ports, making it ideal for expanding the network capacity of DrayTek Vigor routers. The switch offers enterprise-level features to enhance network stability and security. It supports centralized management through DrayTek's platforms like VigorACS and VigorConnect, allowing for reduced setup time and remote configuration of entire DrayTek networks. The router-based switch management simplifies complex network setups, including subnet and VLAN configuration, by handling VLAN tagging and port configuration within the router. Key features include Dynamic MAC-Based VLAN for flexible network access, Surveillance and Voice Auto VLAN for prioritizing IP phones and cameras, and Advanced Layer 2+ Routing capabilities such as VLAN Routing, DHCP Server, and Static Route for high-speed inter-VLAN routing. The Access Control List provides granular control over traffic routing between networks. Additionally, the VigorSwitch G2100 includes ONVIF IP Camera Management, enabling discovery, configuration, and monitoring of compatible IP cameras and NVR systems, with features like offline alerts and snapshots. This rack-mountable switch boasts a 20 Gbps switching capacity and supports features like IGMP snooping, traffic shaping, IPv6, and various Spanning Tree protocols.
