Instarmac Flowpoint - Natural Grey - Smooth

The recommended water addition is 4.25 litres of clean, potable water per 25kg bag.

Instarmac Flowpoint can fill joints from 5mm up to 50mm wide.

The minimum target depth for Instarmac Flowpoint is 20mm. It can fill up to 200mm in a single application.

It achieves an initial set in approximately 30 minutes. Light foot traffic can resume after 1 hour, and vehicular traffic after 4 hours, dependent on temperature.

It is not recommended to use Flowpoint in freezing conditions or when frost is expected within 24 hours of application, as temperature affects setting and performance.

A 25kg bag of Instarmac Flowpoint yields approximately 13.9 litres when mixed with the correct amount of water.

Instarmac Flowpoint achieves a final compressive strength of 49.6 N/mm².

Ensure precise water measurement. If too dry, add a very small amount of water and remix. If too wet, add a small amount of dry Flowpoint and remix. Avoid adding excessive water.

Check that the joint width and depth meet the minimum requirements. Ensure the grout consistency is correct (creamy and fluid). Vibration can sometimes help settle the grout.

This may be due to insufficient water or incorrect mixing. Ensure the correct water-to-product ratio is used and mix thoroughly. Protect the freshly grouted area from extreme temperatures and direct sun during the initial curing period.

Remove excess grout as soon as possible after application, before it begins to set. Use damp cloths or sponges for cleaning. If the grout has set, it may require mechanical removal.
