Setup, Compatibility & Care
Installation is straightforward due to the pre-assembled nature of the wheels. Before purchasing, verify that your existing axle diameter is exactly 16mm to ensure a proper fit. During setup, ensure that all axle pins or retaining clips are fully seated to prevent lateral movement.
Care instructions:
- Maintain Pressure: Check tyre pressure weekly, especially if the wheels have sat idle for a long period, to prevent the tube from pinching against the rim.
- Avoid Chemicals: Keep the tyres free from harsh industrial solvents or oils, which can degrade the rubber compound over time.
- Inspection: Regularly inspect the tread for embedded sharp objects to avoid punctures, and check the steel rim for any signs of bending or stress fractures after heavy impacts.
