Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longevity of your parka, it is important to follow proper maintenance steps. Always detach the synthetic fur before washing the garment to prevent damage to the trim. Close all zippers, buttons, and hook-and-loop fasteners before placing the item in the washing machine to avoid snagging. Use a mild detergent and avoid fabric softeners, as they can degrade the waterproof coating over time. To maintain the 10,000 mm water-repellent performance, it is recommended to occasionally re-apply a DWR (Durable Water Repellent) spray after washing, following the manufacturer's specific instructions. Ensure the garment is stored in a dry, well-ventilated area away from direct heat sources to preserve the insulating padding.
