Yes, you need the Prym VARIO Creative Tool (390903) and the Prym Eyelet Tool Set (673127) for proper installation.

Each box contains 20 eyelets and 20 corresponding washers.

Yes, the eyelets are OEKO-TEX certified, meaning they have been tested for harmful substances and are safe for skin contact.

Prym offers these eyelets with washers in 11 different colors, including red, white, black, navy, pink, and yellow. The eyelet is colored, and the washer is silver.

While they are suitable for various fabrics, the 14mm size is best for medium to heavy-weight fabrics. For very thick materials like heavy leather, a larger eyelet or different fastening method might be more appropriate.

Ensure you used the correct tool setting and applied sufficient pressure. Re-press the eyelet, making sure it is firmly set and cannot be turned in the fabric. If the fabric is too thick or too thin for the eyelet size, it may not secure properly.

Handle eyelets carefully during installation to avoid scratching. If damage occurs during application, try to use a different eyelet from the pack. For minor scuffs, a touch-up pen in a similar color might be considered, though professional results may vary.

Verify that the correct components of the eyelet tool set are inserted into the VARIO Creative Tool and are properly aligned. Check the tool set's manual for specific instructions related to eyelet application.

This can happen with very fine or loosely woven fabrics, or if the eyelet is installed too close to an edge. Consider using a stabilizer or interfacing behind the fabric where the eyelet will be placed for added reinforcement.
