This 10kg bag of KetoPlastics De-Icing White Salt is perfect for clearing snow and ice from outdoor areas. Unlike traditional brown salt (grit), white salt leaves a cleaner finish, making it ideal for pathways, pavements, carparks, playgrounds, and commercial areas where cleanliness is a priority. It effectively melts ice and snow, providing a safer walking or driving surface. This marine white salt can be applied manually with a shovel or bucket, or used with a mechanical gritter for larger spaces. Store in a dry location to maintain its quality. The salt lowers the freezing point of water, preventing ice formation, and is effective on freshly fallen snow or newly formed ice. Recommended application is 40-50g per square meter, with one kilogram covering approximately 20-25 square meters. Please note: due to trace elements, this salt is not suitable for lawns, raised beds, plants, or ponds. Packaging may differ from the illustration.
