Brand from Japan: Shiseido. This sharpener is designed to give your makeup pencils an easy-to-use shape. It includes an adapter ring that allows you to sharpen narrower pencils as well. To use, insert the pencil straight and sharpen gently. Remove the adapter ring to adjust for standard pencil thickness, and keep it attached for use with thin pencils.
