The Osma RoundLine pipe bracket is an essential component for homeowners and contractors installing or maintaining a 68mm circular downpipe drainage system. Designed to provide secure wall-mounted support for vertical pipes, this bracket ensures the structural integrity of your guttering installation. While it offers excellent durability and compliance with industry standards, it is specifically engineered for 68mm systems and will not accommodate larger or smaller pipe diameters.

No, this bracket is specifically designed for 68mm circular downpipes and will not provide a secure fit for square profile pipes.
For optimal stability and to prevent pipe sagging, brackets should be spaced a maximum of 2 meters apart.
Fixing screws are typically not included, as the correct screw type depends on the material of the wall surface you are attaching to.
The Osma RoundLine pipe bracket conforms to BS EN 12200-1:2000 standards.
While the finish is a durable white, if you wish to paint it, use a suitable exterior-grade plastic primer and paint compatible with PVC.
Check that the downpipe is fully seated within the bracket housing. Ensure you are using a 68mm pipe rather than a smaller variant.
Verify that the wall fixings are appropriate for your specific wall material (e.g., masonry vs. wood). Re-tighten screws or replace with longer fixings if the substrate is crumbling.
To install, align the bracket against your wall at the desired height and mark your fixing points through the pre-cast holes. Use a spirit level to ensure the pipe run is perfectly vertical before drilling. Once fixed, simply click or slide the downpipe into the bracket profile.
Compatibility: This bracket is strictly for use with the Osma 68mm RoundLine circular downpipe system.
Care: Periodically inspect the brackets to ensure screws have not loosened due to vibration or environmental changes. Keep the downpipes clean of debris to prevent excessive weight build-up that could stress the brackets.
