Troubleshooting
Basket appears misshapen
Gently reshape by hand. If necessary, lightly stuff with soft material for a few hours to help it retain its form. Natural materials can sometimes shift during transit.
Fraying threads on the seagrass
Trim any loose threads carefully with scissors. Avoid pulling on them, as this can cause further unraveling.
Surface feels rough or dusty
Wipe down with a dry, soft cloth. For more persistent dust, a slightly damp cloth followed by immediate drying can be effective.
Noticeable odor
Allow the basket to air out in a well-ventilated area for a few days. The natural material scent usually dissipates over time.
