Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: These chopping boards require no assembly. Simply place them on a clean, dry, and stable surface such as your countertop or directly onto your induction/ceramic hob when it is cool and switched off. Ensure the hob surface is free of debris before placing the boards to prevent scratches.
Compatibility: The boards are designed to be compatible with standard ceramic and induction hobs. Always ensure the hob is completely cool before placing the boards on top. They are suitable for use with most kitchen knives, though extremely forceful or repetitive chopping on a single point may potentially dull blades over time or cause micro-scratches on the glass surface.
Care: To clean, wash with warm soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge or cloth. They are also dishwasher safe, though handwashing is recommended to maintain the aesthetic finish for longer. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, steel wool, or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the glass surface. Do not place hot pans directly onto the boards; always ensure the hob is cool if using them as covers. Be cautious when dropping heavy items onto the boards, as they are made of tempered glass.
