Use the cuff size that fits your upper arm best for optimal accuracy. The device comes with two cuff sizes.

Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone, open the app, and pair the device following the in-app instructions.

The device can store up to 60 readings per user.

Use a soft, damp cloth to clean the device. Do not use harsh chemicals or submerge the device in water.

The color indicators provide a quick interpretation of your blood pressure level: Green (optimal), Yellow (elevated), and Red (high).
