Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: The Endorphin Pro 5 requires no specific setup. Simply lace them up and go. Ensure the lacing provides a secure but comfortable fit, avoiding over-tightening which could restrict circulation. The fit should feel snug, especially around the heel, to prevent slippage.
Compatibility: This shoe is designed for road running and track racing. It is compatible with most running surfaces, including asphalt, concrete, and synthetic tracks. It is not recommended for trail running due to the outsole design and upper materials.
Care: To maintain the performance and longevity of your Endorphin Pro 5:
- Cleaning: After runs, gently brush off any loose dirt. For deeper cleaning, use a soft brush or cloth with cold water and mild soap. Avoid machine washing or drying, as this can damage the materials.
- Drying: Always air dry the shoes away from direct heat sources like radiators or sunlight. Stuffing them with newspaper can help absorb moisture and maintain their shape during the drying process.
- Storage: Store the shoes in a cool, dry place. Avoid leaving them in hot car trunks or direct sunlight for extended periods.
- Rotation: For optimal performance and to extend the life of the shoe, consider rotating them with another pair of trainers for daily mileage.
