Dishwasher safe, however to ensure the longevity of the product hand wash is recommended. Stubborn marks and stains may be removed after soaking. Do not cook with acidic foods on high temperatures as this can damage the stainless steel surface and lead to rust spots forming over time. Do not use scouring powder/pads or abrasive cleaners. Do not slide the pan as this may damage the base and may leave a mark on some cookers. Suitable for use with the following hob types: halogen, solid hot plate, ceramic, induction, gas, radiant ring and electric. Always use an oven glove or cloth when lifting hot pans and lids. Warnings Do not put an empty pan on a hot hob or allow pans to boil dry. In such event, turn off heat and do not move the pan until it has completely cooled. Do not pour cold water into a hot pan or put it in cold water as it could cause the base of the pan to warp. Leave to cool before washing in warm, soapy water. Handles will get hot if left overhanging a corresponding heat source, use corresponding size of cooker burner/hot plate for the size of the pan. Not suitable for microwave ovens. Oven safe to 220°C, do not exceed this temperature as discolouration may occur.
