Open the battery compartment on the back of the switch and replace the CR2450 battery. Ensure the polarity is correct.
While basic functionality may work, full compatibility and features are not guaranteed. For best results, use the Paulmann smik gateway.
The switch has a wireless range of up to 10 meters in ideal conditions.
The switch is IP44 rated, which means it is protected against splash water and suitable for outdoor use.
You can control up to 15 devices per light group, and there are two groups available.
Make sure your lights are ZigBee 3.0 compatible and within range. Try resetting both the lights and the switch and then re-pair them.
The Paulmann smik app is available in the App Store for iOS devices and the Google Play Store for Android devices.
Check the battery in the switch. Ensure the lights are within the switch's range and properly paired. Reset the switch and re-pair if necessary.
Confirm that the connected lights support dimming. Check the switch's settings to ensure dimming is enabled.
Ensure the ZigBee lights are powered and within range. Reset the switch and the lights and try pairing again. Check for interference from other devices.
Make sure the switch is connected to the Paulmann smik gateway. Check the gateway's connection to your network and the smik app. Consult the gateway's manual for troubleshooting steps.
