Setup, Compatibility & Care
To install your handrail, first verify the wall material to ensure it can support the required load; use appropriate heavy-duty fixings if mounting to drywall or timber studs. Measure your staircase carefully to determine the optimal height, which is typically between 850mm and 950mm measured vertically from the nose of the stair tread. For maintenance, keep the rail clean by wiping it down regularly with a soft, damp cloth and a mild non-abrasive detergent. Avoid harsh chemicals or scouring pads, as these can compromise the integrity of the matt white powder-coat finish.
