Arctic Silver 5 is a premium thermal compound that enhances performance and stability with its unique high-density filling of micronized silver and enhanced thermally conductive ceramic particles. It is optimized for a wide range of bond lines between high-power CPUs and heatsinks or water-cooling solutions. The compound features 99.9% pure silver particles for maximized contact area and thermal transfer, and over 88% thermally conductive filler by weight, including sub-micron zinc oxide, aluminum oxide, and boron nitride particles. Arctic Silver 5 is not electrically conductive and remains stable, not separating, running, migrating, or bleeding. It also features a controlled triple-phase viscosity for easy application and optimal long-term stability. RoHS compliant.
