Check all mounting bolts and ensure they are tightened to the manufacturer's specified torque.
Ensure that the windshield is centered correctly and do not fully tighten any one bolt until all are threaded into place.
Installation of the Puig Touring Windshield is a bolt-on process. Begin by removing the original screen, keeping track of the factory screws as they may be reused. Align the new Puig windshield with the mounting points on your motorcycle and secure it using the provided hardware kit.
For care, avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive sponges. Clean the screen using a soft microfiber cloth and a mild soap-and-water solution to prevent scratches and clouding of the high-impact material. Periodically check that all mounting screws are snug, especially after the first 100 miles of riding following installation.
