Troubleshooting

Remote control is not responsive

Ensure the plastic battery tab has been removed from the remote and that you are pointing the remote directly at the receiver on the lamp.

Light does not turn on

Sound reactive mode is not reacting to music

Ensure the music volume is sufficient for the internal sensor to pick up the beat, or move the lamp closer to the speaker.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup is straightforward: simply connect the included 1.3m USB cable into an available USB port on your device or a wall adapter and plug the other end into the light. The remote control comes with a pre-installed battery, so it is ready to use immediately upon unboxing. To maintain the device, wipe the plastic housing with a soft, dry cloth to prevent dust accumulation. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners, as these may damage the finish. Ensure the USB connection remains stable and keep the unit away from water or high-humidity environments.
