The Microjig Matchfit Dovetail Clamp is designed to give you the freedom to create your own track grooves using a dovetail router bit, allowing you to clamp virtually anywhere. Compatible with any 14-degree 1/2" dovetail router bit, these clamps provide versatile and non-interfering clamping pressure. The improved rubberized soft-grip handle offers enhanced traction for tightening. These unique clamps save time and frustration by allowing you to create customizable clamping tables, build extension fences, sub fences, stop blocks, and hold downs for your machinery and work tables. The clamp arm slides through the groove without obstruction, enabling unlimited fence heights and versatile woodworking applications such as horizontal and vertical clamping, custom stops, and assembly tables. Simply route a groove with any standard 1/2-inch 14-degree dovetail router bit, 3/8-inch deep, to create your clamp tracks. Recommended wood types include void-free plywood, MDF, or seasoned solid wood (3/4-inch or thicker).
