FAQs

What makes this microfibre cloth different from a regular cloth?

The advanced microfibre technology uses statically charged fibers to attract and trap dust, dirt, and smudges more effectively than traditional cloths, while also providing a streak-free and lint-free finish.

Can I use this cloth on my car's tinted windows?

Yes, the ultra-soft microfibre material is gentle and safe for use on tinted windows, providing a clear finish without scratching or damaging the tint.

How often should I wash the microfibre cloth?

Wash the cloth when it appears dirty or its cleaning performance diminishes. Regular washing after heavy use or when it no longer picks up dirt effectively is recommended.

Can I use bleach to clean the cloth?

No, bleach should not be used as it can degrade the microfibre material and reduce its cleaning effectiveness and lifespan.

What is the best way to dry the cloth?

The cloth can be tumble dried on a low heat setting or air-dried. Avoid high heat and do not iron, as this can damage the fibers.

Is this cloth suitable for cleaning computer screens?

Yes, when used dry and clean, it is suitable for dusting computer screens. For smudges, a very lightly damp cloth (water only) followed by a dry buff is recommended. Always check your device's cleaning recommendations.

Troubleshooting

Cloth leaves streaks or lint.

Ensure the cloth is clean and free from debris. Avoid using fabric softeners or excessive detergent. For best results, use a separate dry section of the cloth for final buffing.

Cloth is not attracting dust effectively.

Wash the cloth according to the care instructions to reactivate the static charge in the microfibers. Ensure no residue from cleaning products is preventing dust attraction.

Cloth feels stiff or rough.

This may indicate the presence of detergent residue or improper drying. Re-wash the cloth with a mild detergent and rinse thoroughly, then air dry.

Pros and Cons

Pros

  • Achieves a crystal clear, streak-free finish.
  • Attracts and traps dust and dirt effectively.
  • Large size provides efficient coverage.
  • Gentle on surfaces, preventing scratches.
  • Durable and can be washed and reused.

  • Requires proper washing to maintain optimal performance.
  • May not be suitable for heavily soiled or abrasive cleaning tasks.
  • Effectiveness can be reduced if washed with fabric softeners.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup: No assembly or setup is required. The cloth is ready to use straight out of the packaging.

Compatibility: This microfibre dusting cloth is compatible with most standard glass cleaners, water, and mild cleaning solutions. It is suitable for use on glass, mirrors, chrome, polished metal, and high-gloss surfaces.

Care Instructions:

  1. Washing: Machine wash on a gentle cycle with cold or lukewarm water.
  2. Detergent: Use a small amount of mild liquid detergent. Avoid fabric softeners, bleach, and abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the microfibre structure and reduce its effectiveness.
  3. Drying: Tumble dry on a low heat setting or air dry. Do not iron.
  4. Storage: Store in a clean, dry place. Ensure the cloth is completely dry before storing to prevent mildew.
