Troubleshooting
Backpack feels uncomfortable
Adjust the shoulder straps for a snug but not overly tight fit. Ensure weight is distributed evenly within the compartments.
Zipper is stiff or stuck
Gently try to move the zipper back and forth. Apply a small amount of graphite pencil lead or a specialized zipper lubricant to the teeth.
Water bottle slipping from side pocket
Ensure the bottle is placed securely and the pocket is not overstretched. Consider using bottles with a slightly tapered base.
