Setup, Compatibility & Care
To install, measure the run accurately and cut the J trim using a fine-toothed saw to prevent splintering the composite material. Secure the trim to the underlying batten system using color-matched screws or high-strength exterior adhesive depending on your structural requirements. For maintenance, simply clean the trim periodically with a soft brush and mild soapy water to remove surface dirt and maintain the appearance of the teak finish. Avoid using high-pressure washers directly against the trim to prevent potential finish degradation over time.
