Setup
- Assembly: Connect the handle to the main unit and then attach the desired cleaning head (e.g., floor head) or accessory.
- Fill Water Tank: Open the water tank cap and fill the tank with distilled or demineralized water up to the maximum fill line. Avoid overfilling.
- Attach Microfiber Pad: Securely attach a clean microfiber pad to the floor head, ensuring it covers the entire surface.
- Power On: Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet and turn on the device. Wait for the indicator light to signal it's ready to steam.
Compatibility
This steam cleaner is specifically designed and recommended for sealed hard floors such as sealed laminate, sealed wood, tile, linoleum, and vinyl. It is not suitable for unsealed wood, delicate fabrics without testing, or other surfaces that cannot withstand high heat and moisture. Always check the manufacturer's recommendations for your specific floor type.
Care
- Empty Water Tank: After each use, always unplug the device and allow it to cool before emptying any remaining water from the tank to prevent stagnant water and scale buildup.
- Clean Microfiber Pads: Remove the microfiber pads and machine wash them according to their care instructions. Always use clean pads for optimal performance.
- Descaling: Periodically descale the unit to prevent mineral buildup, especially if using tap water. Follow the instructions in the user manual for descaling procedures (e.g., using a descaling solution or white vinegar).
- Wipe Down: Wipe the exterior of the cleaner with a damp cloth to remove any dirt or residue. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
- Storage: Store the cleaner in a cool, dry place, ensuring the cord is neatly wrapped and accessories are kept together.
