Setup, Compatibility & Care
Upon arrival, handle your plug plants carefully and pot them up into small containers filled with a quality multipurpose compost. Keep them in a greenhouse or on a sunny windowsill until they are well-rooted and have filled their starter pots. Once established, harden them off before planting into their final position in fertile, well-drained soil. Choose a spot that receives either full sun or light shade. During the growing season, ensure the soil remains moist but not waterlogged. As a perennial, you can cut the foliage back to just above ground level once the plant has fully died back in late winter to encourage healthy, dense regrowth for the following year.
