What kind of maintenance does the boucle fabric need?
We recommend regular light vacuuming with an upholstery brush to prevent dust accumulation.
Is this bed suitable for high-traffic rooms?
Yes, its sturdy frame is built for durability, though the low-profile nature makes it best suited for primary bedroom settings.
Can I use a regular mattress with this frame?

Troubleshooting
Frame feels unstable after assembly
Ensure all bolts are fully tightened and check that your floor is level. Use shims if the floor is slightly uneven.
Headboard fabric showing signs of dust or pilling
Use a lint roller for surface debris and a fabric shaver carefully if pilling occurs due to friction.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup of the ZEN waterbed involves assembling the main platform frame followed by the installation of the headboard and the floating side modules. Ensure the base is placed on a level surface, as waterbeds require a perfectly even foundation to prevent uneven weight distribution and structural stress. Regarding compatibility, the frame is specifically engineered to house waterbed bladders, which can be customized based on your comfort needs during purchase. For care, keep the boucle headboard clean by gently vacuuming with an upholstery attachment to remove dust. For the wooden frame, wipe down with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners, as they may damage the finish of the wood or the texture of the fabric.
