The Underfoot Whitewashed Oak laminate flooring is ideal for homeowners and office managers seeking the aesthetic of natural timber without the high maintenance. It provides a highly durable, 12mm thick surface that resists scratches, UV fading, and moisture, making it a reliable choice for high-traffic areas. While it offers robust protection against spills, users should note that despite being water-resistant, it is not designed to be waterproof and should not be installed in high-humidity areas like bathrooms or laundry rooms.

Yes, it is compatible with most underfloor heating systems provided the heating is regulated correctly.
Use a dry mop, vacuum with a soft brush head, or a lightly damp cloth. Never steam mop or flood the floor with water.
Each pack contains 8 planks, covering approximately 1.35m².
Check the subfloor for unevenness; use a leveling compound before installing additional planks.
Ensure the L2C click system is fully locked; re-tap the plank using a tapping block if necessary.
Check that the expansion gap is sufficient and that the floor is not pinned down by heavy furniture or door stops.
Installation requires an L2C-compatible subfloor that is level and dry. Always ensure you leave a proper expansion gap around the perimeter of the room to allow for natural floor movement. When installing over underfloor heating, ensure the system is commissioned correctly and heat levels remain within manufacturer recommendations. For daily care, use a soft-bristled broom or a vacuum cleaner with a hard-floor setting to remove grit and dust. Clean occasional spills with a slightly damp cloth, avoiding excessive amounts of water or abrasive chemical cleaners that could damage the UV-resistant finish.
