ROC offers a wide range of standard and heavy-duty replacement springs. Manufactured in Sweden using cold coiling technology, each ROC spring undergoes a rigorous multi-stage process to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Shot peening is applied to enhance fatigue strength and prevent premature breakage. Corrosion protection is provided by Zinc Phosphate, a chemical compound offering sacrificial protection, followed by an electrostatic coating of epoxy powder resin paint for further defense. Every ROC spring is inspected, tested, and marked with a production code and batch number for complete traceability. For safety, suspension springs must be replaced in axle pairs to maintain balanced handling and braking. Always verify the spring size and end shapes match the original equipment before installation. Use appropriate tools for compressing springs, as they store significant energy. Installation should be performed by a competent person following a recognized repair manual. Inspect spring pans, bushings, and link-arms for damage and replace if necessary. Ensure springs are correctly seated and not loose. Wheel alignment should also be checked.
