Product Information

Full details

The Comfort Beds Royal Plush Divan Set (Single) is designed for individuals seeking a supportive and comfortable sleep solution with a touch of classic-meets-modern style. Its key benefit is a stable, even sleep surface thanks to the platform-top base and a medium-comfort mattress that balances support and pressure relief. A potential caveat is its suitability for occasional use, as indicated by its design, rather than intensive daily use for heavier individuals.

Troubleshooting

Bed base creaks or rattles

Ensure all bolts and fittings connecting the divan base sections and headboard are fully tightened. Check that the chrome gliders are securely in place.

Mattress feels uneven

Rotate the mattress head to toe. Ensure the mattress is correctly positioned on the platform-top base and not hanging over the edges.

Drawers are difficult to open or close

Check for any obstructions in the drawer runners. Ensure the divan base is on a level surface. Lightly lubricate runners if necessary, following manufacturer guidelines.

Headboard is wobbly

Verify that the headboard struts are securely attached to both the headboard and the divan base. Ensure all screws are tightened firmly.

  • Cleaning: Spot clean fabric areas with a mild detergent and a slightly damp cloth. Avoid excessive moisture. For the mattress, use a mattress protector to guard against stains and spills.
  • Base: Wipe the divan base and chrome gliders with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Ensure gliders are clean to protect your flooring.
