Troubleshooting

Chair wobbles or feels unstable.

Ensure the chair is on a level surface. Check that the non-slip feet are all properly seated and making even contact with the ground. If a foot appears damaged, contact customer support.

Matte finish appears dull or dirty.

Clean the chair with a soft cloth, warm water, and mild dish soap. Rinse thoroughly and allow to dry completely. Avoid abrasive cleaning tools.

Color seems to fade slightly over time.

While UV-resistant, prolonged direct sunlight can eventually impact color intensity. Consider placing the chair in a slightly shaded area or covering it during the most intense sun hours if color preservation is critical.

Chair is difficult to stack.

Ensure there are no obstructions between the chairs. They should stack smoothly; if resistance is met, check for debris or misalignment.

Setup, Compatibility & Care Instructions

Setup: The Nardi Cassia Outdoor Armchair requires no assembly. It arrives ready to be placed in your desired outdoor location.

Compatibility: This armchair is designed to complement a wide range of outdoor furniture styles and materials. It pairs well with metal, wood, or composite outdoor tables. Its versatile design makes it suitable for patios, balconies, gardens, terraces, and even poolside areas.

Care:

Cleaning: To maintain the chair's appearance, clean it periodically with a soft cloth dampened with water and mild soap. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals, as they can damage the matte finish.
Stain Removal: For tougher marks, a gentle scrubbing with a non-abrasive sponge and soapy water should suffice. Rinse thoroughly with clean water and allow to air dry.
Storage: While designed for outdoor resilience, storing the chairs indoors or covering them during harsh winter months or prolonged periods of extreme weather can help extend their lifespan and preserve their finish.
Stacking: To stack, simply lift one chair and place it on top of another. Ensure they are aligned properly to prevent instability.
