Troubleshooting

Mattress feels firmer than expected.

Allow a few weeks for the mattress to break in. You might also add a mattress topper for extra softness.

Noticeable motion transfer.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Unpacking: Carefully remove the mattress from its packaging, and allow it to fully expand in a well-ventilated room. This may take a few hours to a day to reach its full size.
Placement: Place the mattress on a suitable bed base or frame. Ensure the base is solid and provides adequate support. It's compatible with most bed frames.
Rotation: To ensure even wear, rotate the mattress head-to-toe every month. Since it's single-sided, you do not flip it.
Cleaning: The removable cover can be machine-washed according to the care instructions on the label. For spills or stains on the mattress, spot clean with a mild detergent and water.
Avoid: Do not bend or fold the mattress, as this could damage the internal structure.
Ventilation: Allow the mattress to air out periodically, especially after unpacking or cleaning.
