Troubleshooting
Crate is difficult to fold or unfold.
Ensure there are no obstructions in the folding mechanism. Apply steady, even pressure. If stiffness persists, check for debris and clean the joints.
Stacking feels unstable.
Make sure the base of the crate is on a level surface. Ensure the reinforced edges are properly aligned when stacking. Do not exceed recommended stacking height if specified.
Plastic has a slight odor.
This is normal for new plastic products. Air the crate outdoors or in a well-ventilated area for a few days. Washing with mild soap and water can also help dissipate the odor.
